Typical services would include:

• Preparation of detailed accommodation brief.
• Negotiation with existing landlord.
• Take the accommodation requirement to the market.
• Shortlist accommodation options. These may include current premises.
• Review lease proposals.
• Co-ordinate architectural advice to assist with space planning and preparation of floor layouts.
• Co-ordinate any other advice deemed necessary.
• Provide recommendations on most suitable option.
• Carry out negotiations and facilitate the preparation of an Agreement to Lease.
• Assist in the finalisation of Agreement to Lease in conjunction with the client's legal advisor.
• Assist in any fitout and move.
• Negotiate and manage any obligations within the existing lease (make good, redecoration, etc)
