Wade Allen (BA, Economics) has been in the commercial property industry for 23 years working for NZI, Brierley Investments, National Bank, Trans Tasman Properties (TTP) and Manson Developments (Mansons).

From 2001 until early 2009, Wade worked as Leasing Manager for TTP and then Mansons. Over this time, Wade negotiated many major new office leases in a number of significant CBD assets owned by TTP and assisted Mansons with their development and leasing of around 100,000m? of commercial office space in the Great South Road/Greenlane southern corridor.

Wade specialises in asset and lease management, office leasing solutions together with the sale and purchase of development sites and commercial buildings.

Neville Harpur (BBS, Property Management) has been in the commercial property industry for over 23 years. Neville worked for Government Property Services Ltd and its successor Capital Properties NZ Ltd (CPNZ) for 16 years, before starting his own property consultancy business in late 2003. From 1999 to 2003, Neville was CPNZ’s Auckland Manager in charge of a $200 million commercial and industrial property assets. During that time, Neville successfully negotiated new leases on some 21,000 square metres of accommodation.

Neville specialises in asset management, lease negotiation, tenant advocacy work and identifying investment opportunities for clients and has a proven track record in these areas of expertise.

Donald Reid (B Com (VPM)) has 21 years of property experience in NZ and Australia, having worked for Apple Fields, Westpac Properties and APN (Melbourne). He has an extensive background in property, including land subdivisions, commercial, industrial and residential high-rise development, corporate tenant advocacy, health and education sector.

Steve Williams (BA (Hons), MRICS) has been a property professional for over 20 years. After working for 8 years in commercial property in London on behalf of the two largest land owners in the UK (Church Commissioners for England and The Crown Estate) Steve emigrated to New Zealand in 1998. Steve worked for Kiwi Income Property Trust (KIPT) for 8 years managing the Trust’s commercial office assets in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Hamilton. Steve was also part of the senior management team and Leasing Manager for the Commercial Portfolio. He established his own property consultancy business early in 2006.

Specialising in portfolio asset management, leasing solutions, and acquisition and disposal of commercial property assets, Steve is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and an Assessor for the RICS’s Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
